In this video we will be reading from Harper’s Weekly Magazine from June 12th 1858. We will take a look at what Chief Osceola of the “Seminole” said about who he is . He clearly states I am not a “negro” or a “slave” or so called “black” , I AM AN INDIAN !! Yes those exact words as quoted on this Magazine from 1858.
