On today’s episode we explore an 1100 acre neighborhood that was turned into the St. Louis World’s Fair before mostly being demolished.
Today’s quote was written in my journal years ago. « A fool fights with the world. A wise man fights with himself. An enlightened man stops fighting ».
The shop is finally coming together and until recently I regretted opening it. It all seemed so silly and a waste of time when compared to the truth being unraveled. In the end I appreciate what I have built. More than a coffee shop, it’s a hub for community (in which my town and I were seriously lacking).
