The “man of lawlessness” (from 2 Thessalonians) was Roman general Titus in 70AD?

2 Thessalonians tells us that the “lawless one” would be alive and in Jerusalem upon the Lord’s return. So, could this man of sin have been Roman general Titus, who led the final siege against Jerusalem in 70AD?
