In this video we will be reading fully from the scholarly article full of sources called : “Making Indians White, The Judicial Abolition of Native Slavery In Revolutionary Virginia And Its Racial Legacy”
This article has a lot of great information on American Indian slavery and the statute laws they went through.
We are continuing to show how American Indian servants were turned into Chattel “slaves” and how they were misclassified as “White, Black, Negro & African Americas”.
Even though the article focuses on Virginia, what happened in Virginia influenced the way other American Colonies and even England handled their statute laws and servants.
This presentation helps you overstand the true nature of colonial “slavery” and the processes of how they turned the American Indian into a “Black slave”. It all began with Indentured Servitude not “african slaves”, but American Indian and Black Europeans.

Make sure to check out the two previous videos before this one which the information correlates and goes together with this presentation.
